Frequently asked questions

Do we guarantee dolphins?
It is nature – the dolphins live here in the wild. Samadai is one of the most reliable places to see them in Marsa Alam, but a 100% guarantee does not exist in nature.
Can children swim?
Yes, children from age 6 can snorkel in a life vest.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No, life vests are available for every participant.
Are there fewer boats at Samadai than at other Dolphin Houses?
Yes, the number of boats and the time spent there are regulated, which increases comfort.
Do dolphins swim up close?
Sometimes, but it is always their decision. Touching and chasing the animals is forbidden.
